in Start here and say hello!

Hi I'm new here πŸ‘‹ I'm a mum of 5 boys , 2 grandsons . I have multiple chronic illnesses that leave exhausted and in pain πŸ˜₯ I've not had a good few days after over doing it at the weekend, energy wise, trying to still do family things and been feeling pretty down that I just can't do the things I used to and in fact doing any of it exhausts me for days , weeks sometimes . I miss the old me !

So decided I needed to do something about it and went looking for somewhere to find support and life hacks from people like myself and I found here . Look forward to reading through the forum here and hopefully find and give a bit of support πŸ€—

    Thanks for telling us about yourself. I bet your 5 boys kept you very busy growing up πŸ˜‚ What have you been up to this weekend? I struggle with chronic pain and fatigue so can relate. I went through a period of grief when I was first diagnosed as I realised I couldn't do everything that I used to. I still have those moments but they are less often.

    Hi πŸ€— We all went for a walk and play at our local country park , took the wee ones to go see the animals there and then a big family meal . It was lovely but it's absolutely done me in πŸ˜‚ I do some weeks that I cope alright , I can manage to take breaks and get stuff done , then other times it just seems to fall apart and I mange nothing 🀷
