ESA Credits only - WCA50 form help & evidence
Hi, I am going to apply for credits only ESA in order to try to establish LCWRA for my daughter for when she leaves college. I have been starting to prepare the answers for the questions on the assessment form. Is there anywhere I can go for someone to look over what I have written? I feel so out of my depth! Also, if her EHCP says she cannot do xxx because of xxx, is that sufficient, or do I need to find the original report (i.e from the OT) as the report is quite old now, although the needs are still relevant hence still being in the EHCP. Any advice welcome, thank you

Hi @chocolatefrog. You can speak to a trained adviser at Turn2us. Here's a link to find one local to you .
The more evidence you have the better. So any reports you can get should be included. Can you ask her GP for her medical history?
Here is some more information that may be useful for you:
