Dear Everyone.

OK, because I'm so brilliant at websites (HAH!!) I can't find WHERE the person posted that they wanted a computer-fillable PIP-2 form to practice on, so I can't remember WHO asked me for it, but I've done it anyway. There's nothing wrong with it, it's here

If anyone wants any leaflets designing, fillable forms, layouts doing, advertising posters etc., all designs done free cos I love feeling useful(!) just ask! The advantage of using me is it hasn't cost you anything if you don't like the outcome!

But if you give me feedback as to WHY, I'll learn and do the next one better for someone else!
