I've never watched that @Rag_793. I don't think I even realised there was a UK version! My friend mentioned a show on BBC called Blue Lights which is about new police recruits. She said it's really good. Have you seen it?

Good morning everyone. Dry start to the day though rain is on the forecast. Chill day for me. Flu Jab went ok yesterday and my arm doesn't ache like I thought it might. Hope you all have a nice day and take care.

Good morning all!
Very chilly one again this morning, had to have porridge to warm me up!
Ah i remember Law and Order UK @Rag_793.It took me a while to see Bradley Walsh on The Chase as not a stern detective🤣 What streaming site is it on please?
Hopefully you'll get through soon @Amberpearl. Oh dear, what do you think has happened to your foot? How are you feeling today?

Quiet start to a the day, can definitely tell Autumn has arrived. Chucked the rubbish out ready for the bin man. Going to put some washing on and sort some bills out. I am ready to be lined up against the wall at the pharmacy on Friday to have the Flu & Covid shots fired at me from a tranquilliser gun.

Good morning guys! Started the day with a gym session, then a bit of book reading, and now I’m off to pick up my girl. Not a bad way to spend the day 😄

I do enjoy doing the food shopping @Mary_Scope I usually manage to get myself a treat. It just might be mince pies this week.

Hope your shots go okay @Rag_793, how are you feeling about them?
Sounds like a busy day already! What were you reading @prestencollin?
Hahaha @Bluebell21 yes that is great choice! Not too early for mince pies imo😉 What sort of ones do you usually get?0 -
Up until the last six yers I was petrified of needles and blood tests in particular, but having many blood tests due to my gall bladder sorted it out. to the point where I tell them the best vain to get is in the back of either of my hands, if you go in my elbows there is 0% chance of getting a vein due to them collapsing and hiding. With the injections I think the only thing I don't look forward to is being asked questions on the spot, especially when I justify the reason for wanting a covid booster.

Sat in this lounge and all of a sudden, I heard this loud buzzing in the hallway. Then when I saw the beast, I was like it ain’t no wasp or bee. It was over an inch long, looks like it could be an Asian Hornet 🫣 not what the Bee’s need in this country. It has been reported to a Bee Group to see whether my identity is correct. Just hope their is no colony near by.

That looks massive @Rag_793!! You're brave getting that close to it😅 Fingers crossed you haven't a colony near you.
Yeah it's a lot easier when you can tell them where to get the blood from, I just tell them to just go straight to the right elbow😅0 -
I was questioning about using a jug to aid it out of the window, thankfully it went out of its own accord
