Yes, you mentioned it's for your partner. What I meant is what are your dreams if she had one as they might be different than her dreams. But you answered my question. I forgot that in a good relationship you typically have the same dreams, and they are about enjoying life together. โค๏ธ

@StarryEyed , she has been in the chair for 18 years before that she was 100% fit. It is the simple things she misses like going for a walk and the many thing that she was used to before the Aneurysm and stroke it caused. For her it was like a light switch being flicked, one day 100% next day about 40% ( guess on my part ). She is still recovering 18 years later, a helping hand to walk upright would mean so much to her.

That's brutal, @CarNineSix. Wow. I'm so sorry. Have you found any models yet that are a possibility?

We are taking it very slowly, research it to death ( no cost ) then write to the developers/suppliers ( maybe visit ) to see if they will work with her issues.

exoskeletons are a good way to help people build strength. I used to be in a chair and unable to walk after a serious accident.
if it were not for an exoskeleton I would not be walking today. I use an exoskeleton with two hiking poles.2 -
Hi @jonf. So good to see you! ๐. I remember when we met here last year and you were talking about your exoskeleton, and I saw it as promising for treatment of peripheral neuropathy. And here we are already. ๐ So do you still have your exoskeleton on, or has it been removed?
@CarNineSix that is so exciting!!! Yes, the dreaming is free! ๐ Have you contacted any supplier yet? I was going to wait until the New Year to research this, but I went out this week with one of my besties who has peripheral neuropathy. She normally won't talk about it, but I told her about this thread and showed her the article, and now we're looking at options. So I'm on the Dream Path too.

Please show photos of your exoskeleton, as well as links to the seller or manufacturer. I think most likely in your case, the arms, shoulders and spine are in relatively good condition.
