I think I'd pick the spiders! Spiders in this country aren't really dangerous and I feel like I could gently bundle them up in the sheets and relocate them somewhere else without too much fuss. Unknown people are a lot scarier to me!

That's a good point Rosie, but I'll go with @kreacher and @Bluebell21. I think I would probably end up moving house either way.

Spiders! I'd get a pest control person out and fumigate the entire house and then get cleaners in to make sure they're all gone. Then I'd burn the house down because there's no way I'm going back in there.
