    That sounds like a good plan @Johnboy412000. I grew potatoes a couple of years ago. They tasted so much better than shop bought potatoes and weren't too difficult to grow! Definitely worth a go ☺️

    Yeah my Brother used to grow them and they tasted delicious that's where I got the idea from. For around £30 I can get all the stuff needed from Ebay including seed potatoes. I don't need to grow that many 3 tubs would suffice for a while.

    Hope everyones survived the storms, and their gardens have too!
    I've got so much to do in the garden but energy levels are low.
    Still some seeds to sow (I hope) a couple of bags of bulbs (saved from last year), cuttings to take.
    Stuff is still flowering, including some perennials and one of my buddlia.
    And my feather leaf mahonia is just coming into bloom.
