Remembering lost loved ones
It’s one year since our much-loved Albus_Scope passed away and he’s still very much in our thoughts.
He made such an impact here on the community and to the team itself. He was not just a colleague, but a friend and there are so many little things that still make me think of him, such as the pigeons that have taken up residence in the bushes along my garden fence. I can’t help thinking he’d have been pretty pleased about that.
I know some of you may also be thinking about Albus today and remembering his kindness and humour, so we wanted to acknowledge that, as well as anyone having experienced loss or going through grief.
As today is also World Mental Health Day, I’d like to finish by adding that if you’re finding things difficult, whether because of grief or for any other reason, please remember that you don’t have to carry things on your own. Reach out to someone, or to us, and know you’re not alone.

Thinking of our lovely pigeon lord Albus today. Still very much with us through all that he did for the community and all the people and animals he helped throughout his life. Much missed now and always!
And also thinking of everyone who's lost a loved one or is going through a hard time right now. Sending love and peace your way 🕊️
