About backdated LCWRA
I was awarded LCW on January 2023. I declared a change in health on November 2024. I declared it again on June 2025. I have now been awarded LCWRA. Shouldn't they backdate the LCWRA to November 2024 rather than June 2025.

Hi,
Unfortunately if you made another change on June 2025 then that will be counted as a 'new condition' and backdated to that date.

Unfortunately, you are incorrect. Can you link me to the regulation which say that.

I can't provide a regulation for it. But that's how the UC system is setup in my experience. A new change over-rides the previous one.
You are welcome to challenge it through the Journal, and even make a Mandatory Reconsideration if you have to, but I think you'll just get a lot of "computer says no".

That's kind of rude @AndrewHall, if you're so certain you know the answer why ask at all?
If the report that triggered a reassessment was the 2025 it makes sense that would be when they backdate to
