How is your day going?

A regular day here, really. But the rain is relentless, on and on it goes. The cats have been asleep all day and my partner will be off to the community center tonight for the monthly movie night. There is also a free little library for plants so hopefully he'll be bringing me back something nice, I've got a propagated grape plant to swap. I saw there was a nice Pepperomia Spoonleaf which is also easy to propagate, fingers crossed…

Meh is how I am feeling today, bent over the sofa to get something and when I got back up I yanked something in the bottom of my back. I have then spent the day under a black cloud of self self-hatred, loathing and guilt. I did retry opening lines of communication with friends, but that is never going to happen. One has my number blocked which speaks volumes. All bridges have been burned beyond repair. I reflect that in my time of need since 2023 that neither made an effort to come and see me. I don’t blame them as honestly I feel like the worse person alive and do not deserve to have anybody in my life. I must of been a seriously horrible person in a past life. I am now putting a line in the sand that I won’t be attending a rock show later this month alongside a concert next month. Instead I am shutting myself away from the world, going dark and hiding away from the world. I am only going to leave my home now for medical purposes. I don’t care about myself, my wellbeing, let alone quality of life.

I'd advise you to do a Covid LFT test. Sounds like symptoms of the new strain of American Covid that's doing the rounds. I hope it's not of course.

@Rosie_Scope Didn't have any plans in any of the localtions I visited it was just nice to get out and about. The buses connected quite well. Had a bite to eat in Burger King in Wakefield and a wander around the city. Travelling home I decided to stay on the bus to Heckmonwike rather than my usual change at Dewsbury. It wouldn't have mattered as it turned out as the bus from Heckmondike to Huddersfield got stuck in the football traffic and it took 1 hour to get back to Huddersfield. Dewsbury to Huddersfield bus would have eventually run in to too lol. I was lucky as the bus to get me home was ready to depart. 1 more minute and I'd have been taking one of the other Holmfirth buses and walking up the hill lol. It's given me food for thought now when the town are at home don't come home via Dewsbury or Heckmondike or even Bradford lol. I think next week will be ok they are away lol. 9 times out of 10 I travel on a Friday but the draw back there is the buses are busy with early finishers lol.
