WCA Mandatory Reconsideration
Just sent a detailed Mandatory Reconsideration via my UC Journal. Included my MRI findings, that I can only walk about 50m before pain forces me to stop (which should be 15 points), sitting/standing limits (only 15–20 mins before I have to keep shifting position), the substantial risk arguments under Reg 35/39(6), that I had to quit my second job because of my health, and that I have a transcript of my assessment on record if needed. Also explained why my limited minibus driving is heavily accommodated and done out of financial necessity only.
Most importantly, I have medical reports and evidence to back up everything I've stated here.
Do Decision Makers actually read what you put in the journal like this, or do they just glance at it? Hoping it makes a difference it's all factual and backed up by medical evidence.

They should read it, but if they have other evidence as well such as from the assessor, it will be weighed up against that.

If you're after some constructive criticism, I can see an issue there. "Only done out of financial necessity" proves functional ability. That shows you can do the work. And makes it appear like you're choosing not to do other work.
Hopefully they don't dig into that line too deeply, but that is exactly the kind of thread they'll pull on. I would not have written that on an MR myself.
