Handed in notice
I handed in my notice in (qualified nurse - transplant coordinator) without a job lined up. I gave 10 weeks notice and I have 3 weeks left!
I'm full of mixed emotions because I wish things could be different but I felt I had to break the cycle. It's a very stressful job but physically I was finding it too much with early gets ups and long commutes on top. I do feel if I could physically power through I'd have put up with the stress of the job.
Forgive me for the negative message. I've only used this forum once before and so never really got used to it. I'm looking for work from home jobs (something I never thought I'd lean to due to once being quite sociable) but struggling to even make interview.
Has anyone been through similar? I know what I've done is quite rogue!

Hi @Billinge85
It sounds like you've done the best thing for yourself. It sounds a lot both physically and mentally.
What sort of working from home jobs are you interested in?😊1 -
I think charity sector would be good. Open to nursing or none nursing roles. I applied for Dementia UK administrator - that job spec looked great. I didn't make interview. The same for Macmillan support line

With your experience & qualifications have you considered working remotely as an advisor for 111?

I have - but there are no work from home posts in my area 🙂
