Hi -
I have not been able to send my child’s DLA on time and his claim is coming to the end next month. I am getting him theraphy for his needs and cuts will affect the way I go about this.
Do i continue to get paid the benefits for DLA and CA or they stop paying me during the decision making process? any help advice will be appreciated.

Hi @daisy_blue. Typically the money would continue to be paid whilst a decision is made for a review. However this can change if the form is not returned on time. How late is the form? The best thing to do is to call them to explain that the form will be late. They can suspend or close a claim if the form is late, but letting them know may prevent this from happening.
