I was on dvla higher rate mobility and middle rate then changed to pip in on 2016 when for a pip assessment July 2016 for them to lie saying they saw me driving there when I didn't my mother took me and telling the lady different things for her to start telling me and my mum all her personal problems.and for them to turn round to say I can squeeze her fingers I can plan a journey blah blah took it to a tribunal this week for them to ask things from 2 years ago for them to turn me down this is getting me down its like they are saying that I'm not really disable

Anything that will help even the tribunal panel were quite rude as I took my daughter with me and she got quite upset how can people lie about things that weren't true.I know people who got awards who shouldn't have but I'm not a grass it's so unfair to people like me and worse than me

Hi @BenefitsTrainingCo
Can you please help this new member with their ongoing “PIP” problem????
Many thanks. -
Thankyou for your help

You can ask for a statement of reason from the judge. This will tell you how they came to the decision. If you can find an error of law in this then you can appeal to the UTT but you will probably need trained advice for this.
It is important to understand that DLA and PIP use different criteria for awards.
PIP is more about functionality than condition. A good Place to start is the B&W self test
