    I've had one for the last couple of months. It won't seem to shift despite me throwing Honey and Lemon drinks at it. It comes and goes and sometimes isn't too bad.

    Swelling on ankles could be the adezium

    Refferal for xray for foot pain

    Still waiting for emergency scan on stomach re gallstones

    Dr says if I get that pain again I'm to call an, ambulance

    You must try it @Johnboy412000. It's a lovely atmosphere and they do delicious food. My favourite is their bacon butty.

    That's good that your chest is clear @Amberpearl and I'm glad you were able to discuss all your symptoms with them. Did they give any indication when you would get the scan for gallstones?

    Good morning everyone. Cold start to the day here. No rain forecast either. I'm going to call in the British Heart Foundation shop and see if I can get an Armchair delivered that's if they have some decent ones at a good price. My settee is ok but what lets it down it's low back and occassionally I try to nod off watching telly but my head isn't supported. Be better with a high back armchair and probably more comfier.     Another late night which leads to exhaustion, another day my brain is saying no to leaving my bed. It’s ok to not be ok, I have now got the unshakable sense of feeling isolated and lonely. I live over 70 miles from my hometown. Next week will be 3 years since my life was torn apart. I honestly have never got over what happened, nor will the scars ever go away. I feel like the sort of person that nobody will realise they live next door to, nor would check on.

    The appointment has just come through today in the post

    But it's at a heath centre 5 miles away

    Thanks Rosie. I tried a few out and found one I liked at a nice price and they are delivering next Wednesday. I went for a little ride round afterwards via Cleckheaton to Bradford and had a bit to eat in Bradford and that reminds me I walked past a Burger place called Frankies. I think next time I go to Bradford I'll have to pop in and see if they are as good as Burger King with Flame Grilled Burgers. I then came home via Halifax and Huddersfield. Been a good day with odd light rain showers and sun. It's going to be a chilly old night now and same tomorrow. 3 stay at home days now.
