    No electric when I got up this morning it came back on at 12.15. It was an underground cable.

    So not the best start to the day, no cup of tea, no heating, and I was concerned about my freezer.

    Still sorted now.

    I went to a friends for tea, cake and a catch up. So that cheered me up.

    I can do without a lot of things but a cup of tea first thing is a must. @Mary_Scope

    We had to go back to basics and boil a pan of water on the gas hob for a drink.

    Hi All - Been a busy few days to say the least 🥱 had a productive meeting with my Dr at the CMHT yesterday. Today I have managed to reschedule my holiday in Turkey to September 2028, ordered a new patient watch and then watched Street Fighter at the Cinema. Feeling relatively calm at the present time, just pacing myself minute by minute. I booked a ticket to watch Jimmy Carr next year, looked at the seats and spotted a walking stick symbol and clicked on it. It is on the front row directly in the middle 🤣

    Managed to order some stickers to personalise the new MacBook

    I couldn’t sleep much last night, so I thought I’d get started on the day. I’ve just prepared a stew for this evening, started a load of washing and I’m now having a cup of tea.

    Cold start to the day to say the least, managed to stick to the routine so far today. Sat down and organised my finances and set up a clear and precise budget to stick to. Then I decided in my infinite wisdom to take boxes of books out of the cupboards and place them behind the settee ready to thin out, it will take some doing!

    I am going to try and arrange a collection where someone can physically pick them up and take them out of the flat.

    @Rosie_Scope i am not sure i am back home….. i am waiting for my phone to charge then i will make my mind but i am in such a state that i do not think i will go out but tomorrow i have a facilitators meeting so i have to.. i jjust had an issue with the phone company and it is not sorted hundred per cent.. but i am always jumpy… just cant relax… anyway i guess is films for me.. whatever is on…

    😤 got to love using the ex wife’s phone number as a second sim card and getting calls and texts from debt recovery firms. Told one firm in a message I ain’t seen her for 3 years, been divorced since last year and this number used to be hers but was in my name! Alongside this she was using her maiden name, the village or part of town and street she was now living on. Then sent her a strongly worded email!! Cue anxiety levels spiking and Diazapam being taken. I am ringing EE to ask for the number to be changed, as anymore calls is not going to be good for my health. Then I went on Facebook and formed a blacklist on there of her, family, friends and replacement for me! Then I also blocked my own family as well.
