how on earth did my UC work coach read a message that wasn't for her?
I sent a message to the duty manager at my local job centre yesterday and somehow my UC work coach has seen it and said that she's discussed it with her manager and apparently i can't change work coaches, which is a load of rubbish as my fiancé has had his changed either 3 or 4 times at least without his permission or being told that his work coach is being changed.
Mine was changed by my current work coach herself as she went to book me an appointment with my original UC work coach, but then changed it back to her, so now I've still got to put up with her tomorrow.
Hopefully my mum will still come with me tomorrow morning.
It's sooo annoying as it seems like everything I've tried has t changed a thing and I'm now dreading my appointment even more now.
Myself and my fiancé think that the duty manager has messaged her and then she's messaged me and she's still using the same rubbish as before that she knows I have help conditions and barriers that make it harder for me to get a job, but she still wants to go ahead and ignore them (that's how her message sounded to me) as she said that she wants to focus on what I can do and not what I can't do. That's making me feel like she doesn't want to help me to get a job with the support I need, but rather get a job whether I can do it or not.
I'm sick of her asking for ID as she's the most awkward UC work coach I've ever had as none of my other work coaches have asked for it repeatedly like she does as they just asked me my security questions instead.
She keeps saying that I will photo ID to get a job, but not all jobs ask for it like the cleaning company my fiancé works for as they never asked him for any and none of his work coaches have either, but mine keeps going on and on at me to get it done. I do not think she realises that it costs a lot of money to get even a provisional driving license.
I did apply for a provisional driving license quite a few years ago and I was refused, but I can't remember why now.
I've still got my old driving license application form as the DVLA sent it back to me.
Someone had made a note above the part where I put my name i think it was, but I can't remember what it said now.

Hi,
If you need photo ID but don't intend to drive, maybe a Citizen Card would be a better option for you? They cost half as much as a provisional licence (£18).

That must be disappointing to find out you're not able to change work coaches @BrianMcFaddenfan24, I know how much this has been stressing you out. Did they say why?
How did the appointment go today? Was your mum able to go with you?0 -
How did today go? @BrianMcFaddenfan24 I hope you are ok.
Take care.
