    Welcome @lainey6519, that must feel like a big life change. How are you feeling about it all? Have you got supportive friends and family around to chat to about what's happening?

    I can see you've popped up a post about your PIP so I'm sure our lovely members have already been sharing some good advice with you.

    That's understandable @lainey6519, it's a huge change and not something that everyone around you will truly understand if they've not been through it themselves. I'm sure some of our members will be able to relate though, so I hope you'll find some community here.

    Are you managing to keep up with any hobbies or distractions at the moment?
