Hi all my name Robert but I am known as bob or Bobby. I have valvular heart disease.diabetes.chronic pain syndrome. And benign prostatic hyperplasia. Other than that I am fit and healthy (lol) and I hail from Barry island south Wales

Cold today cold wind coming off the channel. Better than when we had that storm the waves were all over the prom and very windy

Mind you that is better than the snow.
For some reason we only need a few flakes & everything come’s to a grinding halt.
