Hi @karrie I could be wrong but I don't think it is. If the publisher is Century One then it is published for the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM) you can find out more at https://www.ipem.ac.uk
Scope does have a wide range of publications, but as far as I can see these are free to access. https://www.scope.org.uk/publications
