Part time work, will the DWP pressure me to increase to full time?
I’ve been on higher LCWRA since 2011 due to severe mental health problems. However due to my anxiety currently fixating on my benefits being stopped in the future and not having enough money to survive I am feeling pressure to at least try work on a part time basis.
But will starting part time work and triggering a new WCA lead to the DWP then continually pressuring me to increase up to full time hours even though doing so would make me severely unwell and lead to me needing to be hospitalised?

Hi,
While you're on LCWRA, there is no requirement to work full time.
If you have another WCA and are found fit to work, then you will be expected to find work full time.
It really depends on whether or not you keep LCWRA.

Starting work is not usually a trigger for a new WCA @lizzied20.
