    Not today Mary just chill out. Morrisons came around 12:15pm and my freezer is stocked up once again. Enough to last me well in to December.

    Got a scan

    Anxious about the bus as I don't know exactly where the health centre is. I know it's a 15 minutes walk from bus stop and is signed up

    Thought about a, cab. But it's expensive but so much quicker

    Heard a rumour on a u tube video. The justice journals that dwp are going to remove lcwra and pretty much lower pip so much it won't be worth claiming

    Try not to let those rumors worry you too much @Amberpearl . Nothing has been confirmed and a lot of the comments online are just unnecessary speculation that ends up causing extra stress and anxiety. Is your scan for your gallbladder? I hope it goes okay, are you able to take anybody with you?

    Are you going out on the buses today @Johnboy412000?

    Hopefully not @Bluebell21! Do they usually put the bins back to the right houses?

    Draining start to the day, barely slept due to bile reflux which meant I couldn’t lie down. Nipped outside to put the rubbish out, before deciding it was a bed day. Had a phone call from the hospital to discuss me wanting a further 3 teeth out on the same side as the one I need removing. Had to then send an email to my dentist surgery to ask if my dentist to contact the hospital about my wishes.

    @Mary_Scope Not today. It's rest day after the volunteer morning yesterday. We were tasked with cutting brambles back. Hard work and back aching at the end but between us we made an impact. Of course God had to give us all an unexpected shower a couple of times lol. Wouldn't mind but I checked the forecast before I set off and it showed no rain at all lol.

    As I've got to fast I keep running to the toilet so I've had to book a taxi as its so much quicker than the bus and a 15 minutes walk

    I'm. Cold anxiety is bad and yea those rumours have upset me a lot
