hi
my daughter is 12, got diagnosed with adhd at the age of 5, then diagnosed with autism this year, always struggle with the toileting, it’s getting worse never knows she needs until it’s to late and doesn’t always make it to the toilet, comes home from school a lot wet, the school have had to give her change of clothes, she doesn’t seem to bother her

Also the National Autistic Society has an Education Rights Service that you can get in touch with.The Education Rights Service provides impartial and confidential information and support on school education rights and entitlements.
We can:- offer confidential information, advice and support by phone or email
- explain education law and your rights and entitlements
- help you explore your options so that you can make informed decisions about your child’s school education
- help you communicate effectively with your child’s school and education professionals
- explain complaints and appeals processes and support you if you are making an appeal.

If your daughter has educational needs which are not being met, whether due to her ADHD/Autism or the physical issue with toileting, you can speak to your local Special Educational Needs Information, Advice and Support Service. You can find them by doing an internet search for 'SENDIASS' and then your area. They will be able to provide information about local support services and will also signpost you to schools which may be better able to meet your daughter's needs.
