Help. I recently applied for esa in november and sent in the supporting evidence before christmas and i still havent heard anything back. I keep getting different answers when i call. Why is taking so long eventhough this is the first time i have ever applied for esa. Also will the other benefits I receive be affected because of delayed response for esa? I have also been diagnosed with ASD recently. Thanks

Hi @n31
There is some information here about ESA claims but I can't find a specific time for receiving claims. With PIP they are telling people that it could take up to 8 weeks.
Sorry I cant be of more help!Scope
