Hi, I was wondering if you could give some advise. My son has ADHD, and Autism. He receives ESA. In Nov last year he went overdrawn in his Santander account and they charged him £48, at the end of Nov they took the £48 which made him go overdrawn again so was charged £36 which they took end of Dec and has now made him gooverdrawn again which he sill be incurring charges for again this month. Is there anything I can do to get these charges refunded. It has left him in financial difficulty as that is the only money he freceives every month.

Hi @P900Coopics
There are some great resources available that explain banking for people with a LD
COuld you speak to Santander about closing his overdraft facility? I think it would be at the discretion of the bank to refund or cancel the charges but it is worth trying. Can you get in touch and explain the situation?Scope
