Hi everyone,
Just wondered if anyone can help please ?

I am currently getting Standard Rate PIP & Lower Rate Mobility

I also have a Blue  Badge.

I am due to have a Complicated Total knee Op
(I also have Cement as I call it in my knee from an Op i had about 22 yrs ago, which they have to take out too)

Does anyone know if my PIP will Stop after my Operation ?

Thank You

    Hi dolhpin

PIP will continue to be paid as long as you meet the criteria. Following your op, if and when your condition improves you must notify the DWP who should then carry out a new assessment.
If your BB is awarded based on your mobility award you may also need to return this also
