PIP assessment

My mum had her assessment. The lady from Atos seemed lovely she shook our hands on welcome, she noticed my mum had an ailment we never knew about She told my mum on two occasions how poorly she is and disagreed with one particular thing the GP had said in mum's favour.i asked if she could go through the report with us , she said no but we can ask DWP for the report, then she said but I can assure you you have nothing to worry about.i showed her out and at the door she shook my hand and said iv to look after myself .she seemed so nice .Do I ask for the report?
