Reapplying for PIP help

I currently receive a small care package from DLA as I have chronic pain due to osteoarthritis I will shortly have to reapply for PIP can anyone give me advice on the best basis to fill in the from. Thank you for allowing me to join this group

@darksecret Check out the PIP descriptors on Benefit & Works. Decide which ones apply to you and base your claim on them. Stay focused as any irrelevant information will mostly be ignored. I didn't do this but wish I had.0
