I've been off work for a long time now and would like to get back to doing, well, anything. I've heard that while you're on ESA you can do permitted work or some volunteering. If I attempt to do any and can't will my benefits stop?

Hi @millie24601
Citizens Advice have a handy section on their website about work you can do while getting ESA which you may find helpful.
Our Benefits Advisors also responded to a similar query from another member of our community about ESA and permitted work. Their response includes further information about the requirements along with some tips which may be of interest to you.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, then please do get in touch!0
