Hi imy mums just recieved her assessment report and Discriptor E has been ticked .cannot undertake any journey because it would cause overwhelming physiological distress to the claiment. Will this applie when a desion is made now DWP are not going to argue their case? Thanks

Hi @Budgie2, hopefully some members of the community can help you with this. It's difficult to say anything with certainty but the assessment report should be taken into consideration when making a decision, yes. Fingers crossed for the outcome you're hoping for!0

Thankyou @pippaScope yes it's looking like she has 21 points for daily living and 14 for mobility but if they aren't going to use the physiological distress Discriptor E she will have 4 points for mobility.0
