Hi it's also has happened to me best thing to do gt advice and fill in a ssc1 form .
-
Hi cher
Tribunal will look at all the evidence without the bias of the DWP
You need to submit an SSCS1 with basic reasons for your appeal
you will then get a letter accepting your appeal
The DWP will prepare their case and send you a copy containing all the evidence
You should use this to make you own submission
if you can obtain any further supporting evidence you should do so
It is a good idea to keep a diary detailing your daily problems to submit to the tribunal

It's a nightmare not even sure if it's worth it i know the truth it's the assessor who lied thanks @CockneyRebel thanks @vijay where do you get the form from and do i have to attend I'm pretty much housebound
-
Hi cher
You can down load the form
https://formfinder.hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/sscs1-eng.pdf
It is better to attend if possible
Don't get hung up on what the assessor put, concentrate on showing that you meet the criteria for an award
