Ive got PSP cannot walk or speak.

My apologies for not responding sooner, but I'm a relative newbie here and am still finding my way around.
PSP, the web tells me, is Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, and it sounds pretty awful. I am so very sorry you are suffering, and suffering from what is, I understand, a very rare condition.
Looking for information, I found this, https://www.pspassociation.org.uk/ which may be useful unless you've found it already. I've found nothing specific to PSP here on Scope, but I might not be looking in the right places And, regardless, I am sure we will have resources here - and friends - that will be of use to you. Take a look at some of the links in the purple band at the bottom of the page and see if some might be useful.
