I was wondering if any one could help me,

I want to know if Chronic Orchitis could cause any kind of bladder issues ?

Also could a heavy fall from 7 feet onto my back  cause neurogenic bladder even though MRI showed no trapped nerves or anything ?

Thanks :)

    Hi @leesteuk

Have you talked to your doctor about your questions? Other members can talk about their own experiences, but it would be best to talk to a medical professional if you're worried :)

    Hi @leesteuk

There are so many different factors that can impact on bladder function that if someone notices changes it is essential that they are properly investigated. If the GP can't provide answers referral to a Urologist is often appropriate.

If you are seeking additional sources of general information, independent of the NHS, you could try the Nurse Specialist Helpline run by the Bowel and Bladder Community:

    0800 031 5412

    https://www.bladderandbowel.org/help-information/medical-helpline/

Another good online source of information on different urological conditions is an American organisation, the Urology Care Foundation:

     https://www.urologyhealth.org/urologic-conditions/epididymitis-and-orchitis

    Hope this helps

The best thing to do is ask for a referral to a Urologist or a continence nurse. Get any concerns addressed by a specialist.
I did and underwent several procedures to diagnose my severely overactive bladder and dysfunctional sphincter.
I’m now on Solifenacin daily and have to self catheterise permanently.
    I had ADEM in 2014.
