Hello everyone, not only myself with disability restrictions but also my adult son with epilepsy and attempting to appeal a PIP decision.
Hopefully we can offer some support to the community from past experiences.

Hi @DaveDee
Welcome to the community, we have lots of information about appealing PIP decisions here.Scope

The decision maker stated " I am capable of driving a car ", yet due to epilepsy had to surrender my PROVISIONAL licence, as my doctor wrote a letter saying due to my condition can no longer drive. Can this wrongful assumption not based on fact, be appealed against?

Hi @DaveDee, if the information stated by the decision maker is untrue, definitely make it known in your appeal. Best of luck, and keep us update!
