Update PIP info- is it worth it?

Hi have been suffering from regular epileptic Grand Mal attacks for past 20 years and Diabetes type 1 for 46 years. Because of this I have been revceiving esa and the new pip. I have now lost the sight in my right eye which will never come back how do I update the claim and is it worth it
