My friend has failed his ESA assessment but had only been given enhanced PIP 30 days earlier. Mandatory Reconnsideration has come back with no change of descision and now onto an appeal , thinking of contacting CAB and carers count for advice. I have made a claim for universal credit for him but cannot see how he will be able to gain employment or who would employ someone with mental health problems and physical limitations, tomorrow we have a meeting with a work coach at the job centre so any advice appreciated.
