Hi, my name is Robhoyland!

I had a heart attack in march 2016 it left me with HF class 2/3, my EF was 39% then 34% then 29% now26%. Should be having crtd or icd fitted shortly. Got usual conditions, breathless, tired, fatigued, no energy, some side affects from meds , but on the bright side still alive. 

Hi Richard. I live in Boston Lincolnshire, my GP surgery operates with 4 GP and lots of specialist nurses, physio, mental health,diabetes,heart failure,so on so on.so it's really good care, I completed cardiac rehab but only chair assist I could not manage the free standing sessions. I still visit the rehab every 3 months for weight,bp,pulse, generally to up date on my health. I have found rehab to be extremely valuable in help and knowledge. The care I have had from Dr, nurses ,rehab has been way above excellent. I join heart failure sites to learn from other people, study their experiences, share my experiences. It's my way of giving back something to some people who get HF and are worried and lost in how they feel, lost in all the writing terms, and most importantly I try to emphasise to learn to listen to your own body as it will tell you so much. That's about it really share experiences and help each other. Thank you for taking the time to post to me.
