Hello, my disability is bipolar,and have struggled with it on my own since finding out.i would lime to speak to other bipolar suffers and get there advice and pick there brains on how to deal with the episodes of change.

Your best place to go for advice on managing your condition would be your GP, as they may be able to refer you to services/support that could help, but you may like to chat to @rich_hobbs_1 or @jackiebri, who have both mentioned bipolar in past discussions!
