got pip tribunal coming up in couple weeks time is it right they can deduct points ftom u ive got standsrd for care 10 10 mobility was on high dla last 6 years took my mob car when put on pip any advice please jean

Yes they can Take points as well as increase your award.
The judge should warn you before hand if this is the case and give you the opportunity to withdraw

As @CockneyRebel says - tribunals can increase, decrease or leave awards the same.

Rang the Tribunal Service this week and was told the 34-35 weeks is around the average wait time.
