How long after DWP receive PIP2 form do they take to send out appointment letter for f2f ? It's 2 week tomorrow since they got form back. Wife had text to say form had been received.

Hi @spire2003, my understanding is that it can take around 4-6 weeks for them to get in touch, however this is variable and there are cases where it can take longer. If you're concerned, you can contact DWP and ask for an update on your application status. Hope this helps and good luck!

My wife got f2f letter today. Exactly 2 weeks since dwp received pip2 form. Appointment next Thursday, so it will be 3 weeks 2 days from getting form at dwp to f2f appointment. Is that quick ? Should she be worried ?

That's impressive @spire2003, glad things have been sorted so efficiently for you! I wouldn't be worried about it, it sounds like waiting times can be really variable at the moment. Best of luck with your appointment!

@spire2003, depends where you live and how many applicants need to be accessed,  but don't worry it will soon come round. Use the waiting time to read and prepare for the acessment, what answers you put in the questionnaire can you justify them when asked by the acessor. If you say you can't do a task why not what prevents you ect, do a self test on the benefits and works site to see how you fair. PIP is about abilities to do things not about your illnesses or disability. For warned is for armed good luck.
