Appealing UC

Hi i just want to thanks for letting me join . Also my name is helen. Im on uc and recieve pip. My uc does not include sick part and ive gone all through the proper channels. I am now appealing in the courts. Ive been waiting 7 months for a descion. I went to cab they called courts still dont know when my case will be heard. Has anyone else on here done appeal if so how long did you have to wait please? I cant attend the court and ask for a paper hearing. Sorry this is long. If anyone has any info to share i will be very thankful
