I have noticed a payment from pip has been paid into my account but I haven’t had any letter saying that I’m entitled to it I’m not sure what to do

    It might just be that the payment has reached you before your letter has, or perhaps your letter got lost in the post. It might be a good idea to contact the PIP claims line to see if they can give you any further information:

    PIP payments and award letters are generally actioned at the same time.
    However payments are generated electronically whereas award letters are sent second class snail mail which can take upto 10 days
