Hi @scouser1977, welcome to the community!
Have you checked if you're eligible for other benefits, since your Universal Credit isn't in your area yet? You might be interested in using our benefits calculator.
I hope this helps, please do get in touch if you have any questions.

Hi cockney I'm not intilted to it because I work 13 hrs week, my total weekly income is £96.00 and straight away I have to pay £40 rent which leaves me £56.00 for lecy, gas water, tv licence ect, im left with just over £5.00 for food it's stupid .

Hi @scouser1977
Universal Credit is only currently in certain areas. There is lots of information about UC here.
Are you a disabled person? Could you be entitled to PIP?Scope

Hi Sam thanks for your reply, I just don't understand why it's saying I am entitled to it, and then when I try an claim it, it says no but then doesn't give me any other information like what else i could claim to replace this, then when I try benefits calculation I'm not entitled to any think else accept universal credit.

Perhaps you need to get f2f advice from CAB or similar, who can do a full benefit check for you, something we cannot do on a public forum
