I have recently received the PIP package and need to get it completed soon!!! Two days ago my GP told me she was writing to the Kidney Specialist at the local hospital to request an urgent Cancer appointment. I lost one Kidney to cancer 10 years ago and as you can imagine I'm pretty anxious. Do I now include this information on the PIP paperwork or do I wait until I get a concise diagnosis from the Specialist. I'm dreading completing the paperwork because I feel pretty rough but also because I can't sit still long enough whilst I'm so nervy. Oh heck !!!!

Hi lynne and welcome
You should fill the PIP2 form and return asap. Any future diagnosis can be sent later, but PIP is about how you are affected and the help you need with daily activities and mobility, not about condition
