hi 
just got 0 points for assessment for WCA because I got upset and managed to wipe the tears from my eyes and zipped up my jacket with no problem also I drive a manual car which I can not do I have a automatic licence 
I have asked for a mandatory thing , but am not hopeful need help with appeal

    The latest report said that ****% of appeals are won so it is definitely worth going through the appeal process.  We have some videos that may help you with the process.  Just as a side note, you can drive an automatic car on a manual licence (but you can't drive a manual car with an automatic licence)

    As mikehughescq says, best idea is to find local advice from a benefits caseworker.

    It is true though that some parts of the country are very short indeed of benefits caseworkers. 

    If there isn't one near you, then one of the Scope Helpline benefits specialists  would get in touch to offer some help over the phone, one of us would  go though how you can appeal your ESA decision ( the basic principles are similar to what you have read online about PIP appeals).
