hello i got a refusal for dla this week and regesterd an appeal .i was shocked with the questions that were not asked of me the interviewer he answered them .one was mrs h phones a taxi happily stand out front waiting on her taxi and converses with the taxi driver.i couldnt beleive how far he went way to far .said my sister got shopping once a week..is there a local shop near you .i replied yes ..how far away ..maybe 5mins .he proseeded to say i go to my local shop on my own .badly depressed heart attack 2 stents 2 strokes i just couldnt beleive how far he went to score me off

hello i had a mone advisor who filled in the form for me it was for back to work or simeler.last march i received a letter xmas week to go to medical board 18jan within the month i had a letter sayin i had no points and interviewers questions and answers 18 questions .an i was shocked how he answered questions he didnt ask me he answered elabourated answers .his first sentence was ..apart from your two stent what elde is wrong with you shocked at the manner of questions.and he took control of the answers.one said mrs h phones a taxi she happily stands outside by herself and when taxi comes she has conversations with the driver.my 3 kids have cars he was told why would i mention taxis at all couldnt beleive the dismissive way he dealt with me.i have an appointment with money advice legal side

he also writes at end of report i phoned mrs h phone number and didnt get a reply why would he phone me.way to far .unbeleivable halli
