Vivid dreams- anyone else experience the Most?

had an horrendous night sleep, so many things going on in my head.  I have to be very careful and try to get good nights sleep, or I experience vivid dreams hat are so real it is though I am awake doing things.  
When the going gets tough, the tough get going.
