Can anyone send me a link to the DWP website were there is a list of all the medical conditions PIP is awarded for please? Just doing my research for MR.

Have a look at Disability Rights UK site guide to PIP including the list of descriptors.
There is a Mandatory Reconsideration letter tool which will generate a letter for you. http://www.advicenow.org.uk/pip-tool
