On Radio 4 this morning.. John Humphries awkwardly asked his guests: "I wonder whether it was ever said of him, in your profession, that he was cut a bit of slack because he was so desperately disabled and fought through it?" . (2.15.44 in iPlayer)

Quite... Though to be fair he was very stutter round it... Wonder if he'd been asked to ssy it.... And I wonder if it was a very clumsy way of setting up the answer... Which was a resounding "No".
