State that my epileptic seizures are controlled during the day and when sleeping the nature and extent of the resulting limitations are insufficient to warrant points. I have complained, stating that I need safety and supervision with me during the night and memory problems need help with medication control.  Will the DWP see this before I take it to upper tribunal.

My first discussion forgets to mention that I have just come out of hospital after suffering 11 seizures in 12 hours, the doctors see this as stress and a start of an infection.  I am still waiting to hear from the DWP

    Hi Pet and welcome

By complaining do you mean that you have asked for a mandatory reconsideration ?

You will need the result of MR before you can apeal to the tribunal

There is plenty of info on here about the apeals process please have a look around and come back with any questions
